MOD Pizza earns a solid 4 out of 5 stars for its fresh, customizable pizzas and lively atmosphere. This fast-casual pizza chain stands out for allowing customers to create their own pizzas with an array of toppings without any extra cost. The concept of "one price, any toppings" is a big plus, especially for those who love experimenting with different flavors.
The pizzas themselves are delicious. The crust is perfectly crispy, and the ingredients taste fresh. The ability to mix and match toppings means there's something for everyone, whether you're a meat lover, vegetarian, or have specific dietary preferences. I have yet to try their salads or desserts.
Service at MOD Pizza is generally quick and efficient, which is impressive considering the custom nature of the orders. The staff are friendly and seem genuinely enthusiastic about helping customers create their perfect pizza.
The only drawback is that because of the emphasis on speed, the pizzas can sometimes be a bit unevenly cooked.
Overall, MOD Pizza offers a fun, tasty experience for pizza lovers looking for quick, personalized meals at a reasonable price.
Had a pick up for tonight 12/1 at 6:30 PM. When i arrived the gal on the oven had no idea where it was but promised she'd have it out shortly. I think i got it 8 minutes past pick up time? Not too shabby. Although I did notice there was no dough on the racks and the guys on the line were strictly making online orders (trying to get ready for close even though online shows open till 11?), not helping the ones physically there in the store. Even saw a pair head out after waiting 10 minutes with the line not moving at all. Yikes. Toppings on my pizza were a little less than generous BUT the gal on the oven (younger, ponytail, gray shirt Im assuming the captain on duty) cooked a BEAUTIFUL pizza. Seemed like the crew didnt have a good rhythm and looked short staffed for a friday night.
Food's awesome, employees are amazing, & the food is great. No Name cakes are really good, and right now they have a strawberries n creme one that, according to my dad, is 'pretty good'. Definetly would reccomend.
We ordered two pockets and one pizza.. one of the pockets wasn't flipped over or cooked. The dough was almost completely raw. I had to cook the pocket which in turn made it very dry. We also ordered two sodas that we didn't get. Door Dash wouldn't go get them. As everyone already knows their price for soda is outrageous. Pay attention people
I’m visiting from out of town and unfamiliar with the food in Missoula. My friend and I got back late and decided to order from MOD around 9pm. Google said they closed at 11pm. The mini pizzas seemed like a good option for some light food before going to bed, so we ordered TWO 6” / Mini pizzas.
Despite it being only 9pm, and 2 hrs til closing time, it seemed like they were closing up for the day. My friend went to go pick it up and was handed only 1 mini pizza. So she asked where the other was. They told her it was still the oven, then handed her an 11” pizza and said they “decided to make it bigger”.
We got back to the hotel and lo and behold, my order is completely wrong. (See attached receipt)
It seemed like they were in a rush to get us out and just handed us someone else’s order.
Fast and friendly staff greet you with a smile and make your pizza anyway you want it! The restaurant is clean with a open layout. There is plenty of seating inside and out. Great place for a fast lunch alone or with family and friends!
Tonight was our very first Mod experience. We will definitely be return customers! Really good pizza and amazing value! An 11 inch pizza built to your specifications with whatever you want on it for $9.99.... WOW! The experience is a little like Subway, only you are building a pizza. When you are done with the building process, it goes into the oven for a bit, and they call your name to come get it. Yum!!
This is a decent Mod location. We love the Mod concept. Get a pizza done just the way you want it for a reasonable price. Service here was nice, friendly. The main issue was that they were out of several items in the middle of the day on a Saturday.
